sandrp 90fa37c73f fix: rebuild for Minecraft 26.3 with no-remap Loom 
- restore the Java sources (lost in aed7a33) as package me.sandrp.starwarp
- switch to the no-remap plugin id net.fabricmc.fabric-loom: Yarn mappings
  no longer exist for 26.x, so the legacy "fabric-loom" id fails with
  "Configuration 'mappings' has no dependencies"
- upgrade Loom to 1.18.4 and the Gradle wrapper to 9.7.1, pin a JDK 25
  toolchain (the system Java is a JRE without javac)
- adapt to the 26.3 API (level().getServer(), getRespawnData(),
  MobEffects.NAUSEA holder, teleportTo(...), ...), drop the unused
  client mixin config and the LuckPerms dependency
- adventure-platform-fabric 7.2.0 (supports exactly ~26.3-), bundled
  via include as a nested jar
- run data generation server-side: the mod declares environment "server",
  so a client-env datagen run never found the fabric-datagen entrypoint
- add unit tests for FileStorageManager (JUnit 6)
- config folder renamed: config/smpteleport -> config/starwarp
